100 beats per UTC day. Sat 125. Sun 150. Monday drops back to 100. Beats are evenly spaced inside each day: beat n of a day with rate R falls at n * 86400 / R seconds after UTC midnight. The same formula runs here and anywhere else it is copied, so two clocks can be compared: if they disagree on the beat number, one of them is wrong.
